Varje dag kan delas upp i tre 8 timmars pass. De dagar jag jobbar går ett sådant pass till arbete. 8 timmar per arbetsdag har jag på mig att utföra ett arbete.

Av ovan nämnda nio timmar ska en timme gå till lunch och två kvartar till fika. Att passa tider har dock inte varit min starka sida, övertidstimmarna blir allt fler, däremot skriver jag sällan upp dem pga en känsla av ineffektivitet. Med ökad självdisciplin kan jag hålla mina raster och sluta i tid samtidigt som jag hinner med det jag ska.
Som ett första steg behöver jag acceptera de tidsramar jag har.
Jag behöver acceptera att jag har ett eget ansvar samt möjlighet att påverka hur jag nyttjar min tid.
